As of Sep 5th 2022 the Bike Ped Tunnel has been closed as is the bridge in Oswego. For those not in the know the O&W tunnel was fixed up by Owego County in 2002 and runs about 800 feet or so under the Oswego town green in downtown Oswego. The Ped rail trail bridge starts at the Dunkin Donuts on the west side and ends up at the Senior living complex on East 1st Street.
