Just received this photo of LIRR N52A hack #41 in a yard. The A.T.S.F. boxcars, also known as Map cars of the era were painted as such for a period from 1940 to 1947. I'll go with c.1948 (post war). Where do you folks think this is?

It's a view S, based on the shadows. Doesn't appear to be the flat team track area at MP31 Queens Village...?

Found out: Caboose #41 in Blake Ave. Yard, N. of New Lots Ave. on the Bay Ridge Branch. View E. Platform at right background is the New Lots Station of the BMT's Canarsie Line - c. 1948 Info/Archive: Dave Keller
