The innocent until proven guilty principle only applies to criminal prosecution by the government. So the kangaroos are free to do as they please in that respect. As are other employers.

And should he be found not guilty? Yes, I know there's a difference between a finding of not guilty and innocent. Then the jerk is back, seniority and all. Just saying....of course you're free to try him in your own mind.

The fact that the investigation was by the Monmouth County Prosecutors Office and not NJ Transit, means that there won't be any "paperwork errors" this time around...
