Possible New Customer For PVRR In Holyoke?

There is a structure of some sort being built in Holyoke at Main and Berkshire Streets, Bing Maps shows the location as a vacant lot, but there is a stub of rail that poits in the direction of the building. There is a large door at each end of the building, just about the right size for freight cars.

It sounds like it could be the waste transfer station that was proposed about 4 years ago.
