Can anyone help me fill in the gaps on WMATA's previous accidents? Here are the one's I have so far?
A * means I'm not sure of the exact date


* Sept 1977 - Collision & Derailment @ B04 (Rhode Island Ave) Interlocking
Jan 13, 1982 - Derailment @ D02 (Federal Triangle / Smithsonian) Interlocking
Jan 6, 1996 - Collision @ A15 (Shady Grove) Train 111
Jan 20,2003 - Derailment @ C10 (National Airport)
April 2003 - Derailment @ C99 (Alexandria Yard)
December 2003 - Derailment @ C99 (Alexandria Yard)
Nov 4, 2004 - Collision @ A04 (Woodley Park-Zoo)
Jan 7, 2007 - Derailment @ E01 (Mt. Vernon Sq)
Jun 9, 2008 - Derailment between C05 & K01 (Rosslyn & Court House)
Jun 22, 2009 - Collision @ B06 (Fort Totten)

Also there were several accidents involving WMATA personnel:

Nov 30, 2006 Track workers struck @ C14 (Eisenhower Ave)

December 2003 - Derailment @ C99 (Alexandria Yard) Dec 9th - Car 5062

April 10, 2006 New Carrolton Station - yard entrance track 5183
June 1, 2006 Branch Avenue Yard 5099
July 30, 2006 Brentwood Yard 5007

Yes, it was, according to the book, "The Story of Metro", the botched Brentwood Yard move accident did indeed ocurred on "9/11", but, 9/11/77. Eventually those cars were reintroduced into service four years afterwards
