No, I might have a ticket somewhere in my piles of stuff....

I once got stuck in a station because the &%^&*$%*ing turnstile wouldn't read my ticket. The help phone helpfully suggested I try it again. I just hopped the dumb thing and that was that. There, I'm a hardened criminal :P

I and some friends had the same experience back in the 70s. Late at night, coming back from a concert in Philly, the turnstile would't work. We hopped over it and got a PA call or something from somebody watching on closed-circuit TV. We answered that the turnstile wouldn't take our tickets and we were able to finish our trip.
