I was wondering how often building reports were issued by the NYC. I have a copy of the building reports for the St. Lawerence Division in 1953. The Adirondack Branch is included in this report. Does anyone else have, any other building reports for the Adirondack Branch before 1953.

Hi There....
I dont suppose that building report has any info on the roundhouse in Massena by any chance? Brick, wood, anything?
Thanks Ted

Ted, sorry it`s taken a while to reply. I had loaned the reports out. On the 1953 reports, it does not mention the roundhouse at Massena, sorry. However there are 10 other buildings on the report for Massena.

In a 1958 diagram it shows a roundhouse or enginehouse. What structures are on the report you have for 1953? Its not to say the paperwork I have is in error.
thanks for everything ! Ted

Every building was issued a number, when the I.C.C. had railroads take inventory back in the teens. Obviously this is not a complete list for Massena. This is all that`s listed on the reports for 1953
