There is a large yard to the east of the NEC main tracks around the Rahway, NJ station. Any clue what it it or was used for? There are weeds growing among the rails and I don't see rolling stock in the yard so I assume that it must be abandoned.

its the old linden yard. Not used for about 5 years or so. pretty much shut up when the gm plant closed.
