NS Abrams Yard-Coatesville Steel Mill Local

Hello all, I am new to the site and this is my first post. For some time I have been trying to catch the Norfolk Southern Abrams to Coatesville turn (I believe it's H4A). Going out with my scanner at all different times of day/night has yielded no results thus far. Does anyone know if this train arrives at a certain regular time? Any info appreciated, thanks.

The only time I have ever seen this train was around 10:00 AM on a weekday near Howellville Road, and it was a lucky coincidence because I was actually in the area for something else. I was there on several further occasions around the same time but never saw the train again.
