So you answered my next question; it operates under its own power. So any track it's out on will be blocked/fouled, right? What's its MAS?

track cars are max 50 for this type of vehicle(sperry car/Geometry car/catenary maintenance vehicle) on Metro North and stop at each interlocking to be talked by signal.
