New Book by John Taibi - D&H

John Taibi has a new book out, this time on the D&H between Albany and Oneonta. He will be at the Oneida Public Library this Saturday to talk about it, and will have books for sale. Article is about halfway down the page on the link below.

What's the title of the book? What's the book cost? Who's publishing it?

According to the link, it is called “Roads, Rivers, and Rails: The Delaware and Hudson Railroad’s Susquehanna Division Heritage Trail.” Not sure about the publisher or the cost - it does not appear to be available yet from any of the big book retailers (Amazon, B&N, etc). But there are supposed to be books available at the library as part of his appearance.

Strange, I don't remember hearing about it. There is a new D&H book coming out this fall (hopefully) by Dom Bourgeios dealing with on-line industries for portions of their North End, but this is the first I have heard about John's book.

For those interested John Taibi will be having a book signing at the Greater Oneonta Historical Society building on Main Street (Route 7) in Oneonta on June 1 at 7PM.
