Do any of you think a trolley from Nepeague to East Hampton would be of any use? They could run it from Nepeague via surface streets to Promised Land. From there, use the existing LIRR spur until the Montauk line. Once it hits there, run it along the LIRR tracks to East Hampton.

It'd probably be such a small operation, only 2 or 3 cars would be needed.

Think it would be cool to have traction on Long Island

We used to have it everywhere. Northport, Patchogue, Sayville, Holtsville, PJ, PW, Roslyn, Hicksville, Mineola, Manhasset

Bygone Long Island just got their trolley page up. Great stuff.
