Looking for details on the Steam Slope-back Tender

I am trying to recreate the Turtle Creek central in HO (MR Mags Jan 02-April02 and jan 05- April 05). I thought about using a former Pennsy 0-4-0, the one from Life-Like, and SUPER Detailing it. What did the slope-back tenders have on them besides the back-up light??
