Just before 8:30AM, engine #1057 pulling and #1033 pushing, with a single coach between them, headed outbound at West Cambridge.

~2:30PM EDT, West Cambridge headed inbound on Fitchburg line, engine #3249 pulling the Downeaster (engine and 4-5 cars), three different MBTA locomotives including 011, and a low cargo car (gondola?) at the end.

Is the Grand Junction shut down again (or still?)...I thought that bridge was back in use for a while now?

Grand Junction is closed for work again. Interesting to note that the this train had the 011, as the 010 was brought to BET on the last move!

Fitchburg line, ~2:37, heading inbound at West Cambridge, engine #904 pulling a mixed set with two standard carriages, one bi-level, an Amtrak locomotive, and 3 or 4 MBTA engines at the rear (all F40's, I'm pretty sure).

I saw the same Detour move in Worcester. It had from N to S: 904-Coach-Coach-Control Car-1029-1031-1122-AMTK 1-AMTK 204-1069-1068

Did my eyes deceive me, or did I see a triple-header going inbound [Fitchburg Line] today at about between about 1:30 and 2:15?

That's odd. A PanAm move on the Fitchburg line, inbound, passing West Cambridge at 9:30AM. Engines at both ends (#931 trailing, I think), with a half-dozen or so tanker cars.

And apparently I don't have much of a short-term memory. :-(
And dude, you're an engineer. You need to remember operating rules and territory over which you run...not engine numbers!!! xD ;)

Pan Am #610 headed inbound at West Cambridge this morning, ~9:30AM, pulling two flatbeds and two new bi-levels (#18xx and #18xx+1...I didn't make a note of them). Then #601 just passed here headed outbound toward Fitchburg, all by itself, ~3:50PM.

The bilevels were marked as MBTX, via sheets of paper taped inside the door windows.
