I hadn't seen this topic covered anywhere online, so I thought I'd spread the word...

Yesterday (08/27/2016) I took a trip out to the parallel CSX/NS lines along Lake Erie... One place I visited was a favorite of mine, the Bort Road bridge over the CSX tracks east of North East, PA, mile QD70.0 out of Buffalo... Apparently there's a plan that's been put in place by CSX to demolish the structure without replacing it, likely due to the deteriorating condition of the structure... The locals are putting forth an effort to save it from being demolished, and I thought I'd share that info here... Attached is a couple of pictures of the flyer that's been posted on the bridge, along with information regarding the meeting to save it...
