Friday night at Harmon, NY I seen a (3GS21B) 1307 heading north paired up with two SD40's. I didn't think CSX used Gen Set's on the Hudson.

CSX uses two of them at oakpoint yard, so maybe one went for periodic inspection in Selkirk.
