May be a training train there are some student engineers out there training on empty trains. And SEPTA only got 5 certified engineers from the job posting for certified engineers.

HM! I did see one off duty train pass jenkintown on my way up, it headed off onto the west trenton line without much ado, i think the only thing they did was slow to cross the switches...
