Reno, PA is on the Erie's Oil City branch, just a few miles southwest of Oil City. Now, I'm assuming that this was an inspection train from all the fedoras you can see through the windows and not just a car for hauling MOW crews. Anyone got any knowledge to share on this car?

This may have been New Hope & Ivyland RR (McHugh Bros. Line) 350, a 12 passenger Fairmount Rail Motor Coach that was bought by the Walkersville Southern RR on 9/26/92.
