1. Ferries or no ferries, the new tunnels are urgently needed. A "reconstituted CNJ line" would serve the RVL only, but what about the NEC, NJCL, M&E, etc.?? Ferries for them too? I don't think so, sorry.

2. NJT will have little to do with the design, etc. Some input, yes, but not the lead agency this time around.

3. NJ won't be paying for them (the majority of the cost, anyway).

4. They won't be going to "Macy's".
