So I just found out about the electrification from Philadelphia to Harrisburg being reinstated. Has this led to increased Keystone/Pennsylvanian ridership? Has travel time decreased?

I know it's cut travel time, since electrics accelerate faster and there is no longer an engine change needed at 30th street station.

Yes, travel time has decreased. Now, the Keystones operate with a former Metroliner cab at one end, and an AEM7AC on the other. When I went to LNC a few weeks ago, I was very impressed with the acceleration. The Gennies SHOULD NOT be used on a local Keystone, especially if most of the platforms are low level. The ridership has gone up I believe.
