Where are rescue trains stationed on the Keystone Line? I have seen them sitting at Zoo and Paola during expected bad weather.

Harrisburg and Philly are the only place regular rescue or backup diesels are placed for Keystone Service. Bad weather - Paoli - sure! Amtrak just has to have them in supply out of Philly!
