In the long battle to help photographers keep their shutters clicking in the New York City Subway, deviantART.com, a major art community made up of millions of members world wide has been contacting the NYCTA too.

Their most recent move was sending 200 random photos from various members of the website taken in subways in New York and around the world to the NYCTA to show how important and how much a part of everyday life subway photography is.

Railroad.net is not alone. Being a member of Both RR.net and DA.com, I am glad to see that DA, a huge voice in the photographic community is also on our side!

Otto, thanks to you for putting your words out there for us too!

Good idea, Mr. Sullivan1985. Maybe this will help efforts to derail the planned photo ban..........
