CSX 648 and YN3 AC6000CWs

I saw CSX AC6000CW in Boston today and I was shocked to see a 6000 in YN3 paint. After looking at the bullsheet, I noticed that this unit is one of 5 AC6000CWs on the CSX roster of 116 of the type. Why were these 5 AC6000CWs recently painted into YN3 paint? 648 was perfectly clean too.

I know CSX has been in the process of upgrading the AC60 fleet with new 16 cylinder Gevo engines (they will still be 6,000 HP units)..Maybe the locos in question recently went through the program?
