CRRNJ/CSAO Southern Secondary

Is the southern secondary south of Winslow Junction back in operation now? I saw a map recently that made it appear as such, and I thought there was work going on to fix that one bridge, but I dont know.

Trust me, that's a negative...I was all around that area today, and there's some pretty nice brush growing up in the rails around MINOTOLA and approaching Vineland...

I didn't stop by the bridge, so I don't know the status of repairs on it...sorry...the purpose of today's trip was actually MI-61 to Millville, the Southern Sec. was just a side trip on the way home...
