I was driving north on US 202 yesterday at about 4:30. As I crossed over the Keystone Corridor east of Exton, I saw what appeared to be a work train headed west, with several boxcars and at least one flat or gondola with large stone blocks, and a Conrail caboose.
Anyone know anything about this? I was looking for a post on a washout further west, it was just odd to see on a Sunday.
