    Terminal will boost competitiveness of prairie farmers' high-value grains in overseas markets

    EDMONTON, ALBERTA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 16, 2006 -- CN announced today the opening of its Edmonton Grain Distribution Centre. The new facility will make it easier and more cost-effective for specialty crop growers on the western prairies to ship their high-value grains and oilseeds in containers to overseas customers. CN invested $4 million in the facility, which is expected to handle 20,000 containers per year.

An interesting concept that I hope pays off for both the railroad and the farmers of the Canadian Prairies. (Also nice to see MN listed there too (Duluth and Minneapolis/St. Paul)!!!!! :-D )
