CMQ Motive power

We have different sources I guess. What I've heard is that they're pitiful pullers and require a lot more shop time to keep them running.

Is one of the 35u's going to be 2578? That thing looks like a perfect fit for PAR.

Ouch. Yeah, bears a striking resemblance to some of the SD26s when they first arrived on the property!

Well I do stand corrected. Two of the units are going back to the leaser as they are beyond reasonable repair for CMQ.

Has anyone heard if they are putting on any more mechanics for the additional units?

I find it ironic that the operator of the MBTA Commuter Rail (Keolis) is leasing engines from the former parent of MMA, railworld. Maybe CMQ can lease some from them too, lol

Are those cameras in the low center part of the engineers windshield on the LTEX units?

Negative on the cameras.

I have ID on 9 units... missing 2 more in Canada and there are supposedly 12 total.

This area loves their ex-SF/BNSF units! Can we PLEASE paint at least a couple of those things?! Image does matter for something

Don't know if these are CMQ candidates.
