Service has been restored to all SEPTA regional rail trains operating through Center City. Riders, can expect some delays.
Anybody know what happened?

Reminds me of the joke about the two bored airline pilots in the cockpit who decide to make an truthfull announcement over the plane's PA system." Ladies and gentleman, there is absolutely nothing wrong and everything is completely under control".

Somehow when I see that post, I get the image of Officer Barbrady from 'South Park' standing in front of a derailed Silverliner telling a crowd of reporters "Nothing to see here. There is nothing wrong with that train. Just go on home. Everything is fine. Don't look over there."

Shortly before 3:30pm, a suspicious package was found on 3 track at Market East, which turned out to be a harmless briefcase. Service was restored at around 4:00pm.
