If you are traveling on the road that parallels the tracks out of Hoboken Terminal, you pass the bus terminal, the train wash, and then there is a new building, two or three stories tall, with 'NEW JERSEY TRANSIT' engraved in the concrete above the entrance. What is this building used for?

it looks like some kind of office or administrative building. I've wondered too, and the the best I can come up with on my own...

If you're referring to the building that looks like a school, it is for B&B and the track dept.
