They should get a contract with NHDOT to study service to Manchester and Concord. Or even run it as a pilot service. I mean, Salem MA to Manchester is 1/2 of BSRR phase 2, they've already developed a plan, right?

I'd think they'd need money "up front" from NHDOT to even study their navels, let alone a new service. I think they're pretty much broke. With their "track" record <groan! >, if you were NHDOT, would you give them money up front? I wouldn't.. But, who knows.. Stranger things have happened..
