I've noticed that the eastbound signal at Hill's Crossing is staying lit all the time now. For years (decades) this was approach lit and the way you could tell a train was coming. Any reason for this, or is it just malfunctioning?
Also, there are new ties placed next to the row around the area of the high school. Anybody know the schedule for when this work is to be done?
