Amtrak Genesis in the Phase III Scheme

I have a modeling question for the board. Are the handrails white or silver on the Amtrak Genesis in the
Phase III paint scheme?

White. I believe FRA law required handrails that are used in an area where stepping up or down had to be painted white or yellow.
