Yes. So what? (I own some shares in it, though I have never seen any dividend, but I have had some free trips across.)

There are no "private" networks, as in the US.

The speed differences among the differing types of trains tend to have the whole network working more to the speed of the slowest - not the fastest - no matter what form of traffic control is used.
