The other day I took the SEPTA train from west trenton to the city. After paying and whatnot I happened to start looking out the window just before woodbourne station and noticed very long stretches of what i assume is welded rail. They seemed to stop at switches and at grade crossings. I also noted that the rail all ready part of the track seemed to have seen better days. Are they planning to put new rails in on this line? If so, when? I would like to be able to go with some friends and take some photos of the work being done..
