Did Shore line East also shutdown with Amtrak?

Hudson Line: Delays of up to 20 minutes due to fallen trees between Riverdale and Ossining.
Harlem Line: http://www.mta.info/status/MetroNorth/Harlem/25333967" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
New Haven Line: Delays of up to 40 minutes due to single tracking between Old Greenwich and
Cos Cob because of fallen trees near Riverside. The New Canaan Branch is being bustituted due
to fallen trees near New Canaan. The Danbury and Waterbury Branches are also affected.

I think they did although their website says buses will cover schedules.

The Harlem Line north of NWP was horrible. Multiple trees down along with third rail damage. There were no north bound trains leaving NWP between approximately 8 PM (train 949) and almost 11PM, a passenger extra diesel train. After the very late 949, all locomotives had to cycle through NWP yard to have the third rail shoes removed, before they were sent north.

They are showing regular service today, Saturday, on all lines except the New Canaan Branch "due to weather related issues." Buses continue to substitute for trains because of trees and utility lines down on the tracks. Below is a screen cap of the online Grand Central Terminal departure page.
