I saw this covered hopper car in the Ithaca New York yard. It is painted a shade of blue that is around Sky Blue. There is a black square where the WRSX reporting marks and numbers are. Who owned it before WRSX?

I could have also been a Louisville & Nashville (sic?) covered hopper. I saw a blue hopper there and you could just see L&N on the side. The car had a black square with a white cicle on the side and that now useless ACF? sticker.
It was numbered 4016

keep searching keep finding
