I'm gonna be heading through Falconer tommorow and I wondered if the WNYP is gonna be running in the area or if any power will be tied down by the enginehouse.

Best bet is to give the head office in Falconer a call. Pretty much you can call any of the offices for train information, as long as you clearly state your intentions (ie, photography) and stop by to sign a liability release.
