In addition to the pending name-change requests for Tysons Corner (to just Tysons) and Prince George’s Plaza (to Hyattsville Crossing), Metro is considering a request from FFX to drop "UVA" from the sub-title name for West Falls Church because UVA no longer has a presence near the station.
Metro is also considering "formalizing Potomac Yard Station" as the name for the upcoming station in that area.
