A low grade freight route with Island circuts to start the flashers,the van is totaled(bent uni-body),
the business(plumber's) insurance eats the van replacement cost,unknown if the driver got cited.
Maybe P&W and the local government go 50/50 on gates for this crossing??

how about the driver at 70 might consider turning in his drivers licence if he can not see a locomotive ???
