Hello everyone,
I'm looking for the month in 1999 that NS GP38-2 5334 was painted. It was originally Conrail 8165, and appears to have been painted in NS black shortly after the merger. I've located a picture dated October, 1999, that shows 5334 in black:

The paint looks to be in very good shape, at that date, with minimal weathering.
