Looks like Ossining station was raised several feet at some point. I'm guessing it was after the high-level platforms were built, but that's just cause the highway overpass looks much newer than that.

And why'd they raise it so high? There's almost certainly 20 feet clear above the rail. I thought at some point they raised bridges west of Tarrytown so they could take trilevels into GM-- but are all the other bridges west of there that high?

in Croton Harmon the tri-levels went tru platform with no overhead (4)
and yes other stations were built high enough.
