I've received a conditional offer of employment from a railroad, and there's been an issue regarding my background. A few tickets showed up on my driving record, and the railroad is concerned. Nothing drug or alcohol related. The recruiter asked me to provide statements about them, and to provide any documentation I may have. They've gone through the courts and some have been dismissed. It's critical that I present myself in the best possible way. Thanks for any help.
Be honest and transparent about the situation and let the chips fall where they may. Trying to anticipate what they want to hear is not a good plan. Good luck!
