In this pic, an ACR geep is pulling a passenger train with mixed ACR and ONR rolling stock. Was there once run-through passenger service or is this just an equipment borrow/lease?

Also, one similar question: with the arrival of the Ski Train equipment, what's happened to ACR's passenger fleet? It's clear that CN dropped the F's like a bad habit ten years ago, but what about all the legacy passenger cars, steam heat wagons, and the like?
