I hear CP Panama on my scanner alot. In fact last monday they completely shut it down for a few hours for repairs. My question is, where is it???? My guestimate places it somewhere around central terminal.

CP Panama is roughly near William St, between the SK (NOrth) Yard and Bison.

Does anyone know exactly where the "ramp hand throw" is that I hear on the radio?
