Since, unlike trackage rights, haulage rights aren't regulated by the STB, it's hard to track their changes. Does anyone have a full list of haulage rights? I know they got some from the UP/MKT merger and others from the BNSF merger; do these all still exist or have some been eliminated (such as from Neosho to St. Louis and Tupelo)? Gateway Western seems to have had haulage between Springfield, IL and Chicago; has this been replaced by the rights over IC&E?
