What Depot is this in LIC?

I exited the 7 train and saw this terminal in Queens, is this the terminal serviced by the lower montauk branch? What are those tank cars carrying? Will this terminal be relocated with all the construction going on in the area?

Arch st. Yes (via lower montauk), and yes, will be relocated probably in the next year or 3 over to the old wheelspur yard (behind fresh direct)
