If you want to count the minor stuff, and not the cameras, I have a total of 9.512 GB of storage total (two 4 Gig SD cards, and a 1 GB, and 512 MB xD card), camera bag, a UV filter, and a tripod.

I've been using Nikon exclusively for the last 12 years. I started out with a 2020, and about 6 years ago I bought the N80. When I upgraded to digital I got the D80 which is now my primary camera. Although I have nothing against any of the other camera brands, Nikon will always be my top choice.

Here's my pile o' goodies ... Canon for stills, Sony for mooooving pix and Bogen to keep it all (hopefully) out of the mud, lol.

Still:

Video:
(2) Sony TRV-310 1-CCD NTSC Digital 8 Video Camera

Vivitar 80-200 mm f4.5-5.6 zoom

Nikkor 35-70 mm f/3.3-4.5 AF

Nikon N90s
Nikkor 50 mm f/1.8 AF-D (phenomenal lens for the $100 price tag).
As of a few weeks ago, I entered the digital photography world - I now own a Nikon D40 with the 18-55 kit lens. The weather has been pretty crappy lately, but I'm looking forward to getting trackside soon to try it out.

I just picked up a Canon Powershot for $149.

While not the best camera out there, a lot of extra features that are normally unavailable including:

# RAW - CHDK can record raw files, giving you access to every bit of data the sensor saw, without compression or processing. Raw files can be manipulated on the camera, or processed on your PC. CHDK also has experimental support for the open DNG raw standard.
# Override Camera parameters - Exposures from 64s to 1/60.000s with flash sync. Full manual or priority control over exposure, aperture, ISO and focus.
# Bracketing - Bracketing is supported for exposure, aperture, ISO, and even focus.
# Video Overrides - Control the quality or bitrate of video, or change it on the fly.
# Scripting - Control CHDK and camera features using ubasic and Lua scripts. Enables time lapse, motion detection, advanced bracketing, and much more.
# Motion detection - Trigger exposure in response to motion, fast enough to catch lightning.
# Edge overlay - Detect the edges in a scene, and display them later. Ideal for timelapses, stop-motion, stereography and much more.
# Live Histogram - CHDK includes a customizable, live histogram display, like those typically found on more expensive cameras.
# Zebra-Mode - Displays under and overexposure areas live on the screen.
# GRIDS - Create custom grids and display whichever one suits your shooting conditions.
# DOF Calculator - Display detailed DOF information on the screen.
# Customizable OSD - Improved display of battery status, free space, camera parameters, and much more. Fully customizable with an on-screen editor.
# Filebrowser - Manage files without a PC.
# USB remote - Simple DIY remote allows you to control your camera remotely.

Are now available with the free CHDK software, http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/CHDK

I just purchased a Nikon D-40 package. Camera body and Nikon 18-55mm zoom lens. The next day I picked up a Nikon 55-200mm zoom lens and UV filters for both lenses. For now the only other accessory I want is an external flash. It's an excellent camera and in the short week I've had it I absolutely love it! For years I had been shooting trains with a Minolta X-370 35mm SLR. Fully manual camera with a Minolta 50mm lens, a no-name brand 28-70mm zoom lens, and a Minolta flash. It's a great camera, though I hate to see it sidelined now that I have my digital SLR.

Looks like I'm getting a bit of a windfall as a friend is switching from Nikon back to Pentax. He doesn't want to sell his gear so I get a sort of long-term loan of it. In addition to what I listed previously I'm also getting:

Nikon FM-10
Nikon N80 with MB-17
Nikon 28mm f/2.8D
Nikon 75-300mm f/4.5-5.6 AF
Tamron 19-35mm f/3.5-5.6 AF

Not bad for doing nothing at all. :-D
