Welded rail on the eastern end of the WNYP

It seems that since late last week the MOW crews have been dropping a train load of Welded Rail on the WNYP from Tip Top (between Alfred St. and Andover) and Cuba. Doug Gavitt has some nice shots of this work on the railfan.net WNYP website.
