Walter Patchell

Does anyone know if (Retired) PRR Walter Patchell is still with us? I am trying to get more information on a report I have from 1962 regarding the NYCRR-PRR merger plans... I know it might be a long shot? He was VP of PRR in 1962?

I don't know for a fact if Mr. Patchell is still alive but I doubt that he is. Assuming that he was 50 years old in 1962 when the merger report was written (about the right age for a PRR VP), he would be 92 today. You might try posting your merger question here or on the PRRT&HS discussion board.
