Many of us who harbor strong political views do so because of experiences within our own lives, or those of our forebearers. But the practice of airing our differences enables us to identify and mitigate the root causes.

The finest tribute that can be paid to democracy is that no society whch has experienced repeated transfers of political power among major parties for an uninterrupted period of 100 years or more has resorted to the use of force against another member of that group.

In that spirit......bring 'em on!
